Ryan responded quickly when we requested a quote to have our 9 vents cleaned. After we accepted the quote, he scheduled us for the work that week at a time that was convenient for us. He arrived precisely on time and proceeded to professionally complete the work. He did a great job and we found him to be both personable and efficient. I went to a known heating and cooling place to get my new furnace and duct work. We pay good money to be able to have service calls and what not. But we had an animal tear a duct down in our basement over a week ago and they couldn’t get here til this morning to check it out. So I’d like to give a big shout out to my son in law Ryan Hottinger with ventwork llc. He came out right away and got our duct hung back right and our technician this morning looked at it and told us that if his business didn’t work out to give him a call. Because they really liked his work. Thanks Ryan!

Vent Works came out and replaced the old flex pipe under our house with ridged exhaust pipe. Then they installed a plate on the floor to transition our vent line in the laundry room for a seamless look. The airflow pushing out the exhaust on the exterior of our home has noticeably increased and the dry time of our clothes has improved by 10-15 minutes saving us $$$ on our energy bill!
Highly recommend anyone who hasn’t had this type of service done in the last 3-5 years to give Vent Works a call.
